Inaugural Classes of the +Management 2.0 Project

In March, the Rio Doce Basin Repair, with technical support from DVF Consultoria, held the Inaugural Classes for the +Gestão 2.0 Project.
In 2024, 65 companies were selected to receive individualized consultancy, personalized action plans and support from DVF Consultoria to help these organizations develop. The Project's activities also included technical workshops and business meetings, open to companies in the area covered.
In 2025, 20 of the 62 companies that carried out the Final Diagnosis in the previous year were invited to the +Management 2.0 Project phase, with the objective of promoting the strategic and operational integration of fundamental pillars for excellence, transforming the participating businesses into high-performance organizations. This stage seeks to promote:
✅ Business maturity, resilience, innovation and sustainable growth;
✅ Development of processes and technology with a focus on people and strategy;
✅ Alignment of strategic pillars with solid financial control, creating competitive advantages;
✅ Automation of processes and operations guided by financial metrics and performance indicators.
The Inaugural Classes aim to present the programmatic contents of the +Management 2.0 Project, generate integration among participants as well as align on meetings, schedule and event agenda.
The events took place in:
🗓️ March 18th, in Mariana (MG);
🗓️ March 19th, in Ipatinga (MG);
🗓️ 20 de Março, em Colatina (ES);
🗓️ 20 de Março, em Linhares (ES);
At each event, we had inspiring speeches from businesspeople and partners who are leaders in their respective cities, to whom we extend our gratitude. They spoke about the positive impacts of training managers and certifying companies, the appreciation of associations and the legacy of the +Management Project from previous cycles.
These meetings were attended by:
✅ Marco Martins, from Martins Architecture;
✅ Nilton Diniz, from Diniz & Torres Consulting;
✅ Adauto Lemos, director of UNINTER and ASSEDIC (Business Association of Colatina and Region);
✅ Luiz Mário, director of Norte Recicla and president of ADEL (Association for the Development of Linhares).
The events were well evaluated by participants, being assertive and fulfilling the objective of presenting the +Management 2.0 Project methodology and motivating companies to overcome adversities.
We thank everyone for their presence and emphasize our commitment to regional development.
Together we can go further! 🚀
