The Esp\u00edrito Santo, 3rd largest oil and gas producer in Brazil<\/strong>, with production on land and at sea, will receive, by 2027, around 19 billion reais in investments<\/strong>, including new ventures and operation of existing ones<\/p>\n

The production of petroleum<\/strong> will increase 85%,<\/strong> passing on to 280 thousand barrels per day (bpd)<\/strong> and the production of natural gas <\/strong>should reach 7 million cubic meters per day<\/strong>, growth of 100%<\/strong> in relation to 2022.<\/p>\n

These increases will occur at sea (offshore<\/em>) due to the installation of a new FPSO Maria Quit\u00e9ria platform by Petrobras in the Baleias Park, which should be producing around 130,000 bpd by 2025. At the same time, PetroRio (PRio) plans to boost discoveries in the Itaipu and Wahoo fields, with a forecast of producing more than 40,000 bpd.<\/p>\n

Added to this are the expectations of increased production in the Golfinho and Camarupim fields, in the Esp\u00edrito Santo Basin, acquired by BWEnergy, in Petrobras' divestment program. In a similar situation, 3R Petroleum's performance in the Pero\u00e1 Hub stands out, operating with production growth.<\/p>\n

The expectation of increased production on land (onshore<\/em>) is the result of the completion of Petrobras' divestment in the northern region of the state, concluded in the 1st quarter of 2023. The existing fields, which produced 25 thousand bpd, produced 7 thousand bpd in 2022. With the new technologies available, the acquiring companies, including Seacrest, EnP, BGM, Ubuntu, expect to reach production of 30 thousand bpd by 2030.<\/p>\n

Discovered oil and gas reserves increased by 7.1% and 18.2%, respectively, compared to 2020, ranking among the 3 largest in the country<\/strong>, with useful life<\/strong> expected from 15 years.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Currently, more than 20 large, medium and small national and international companies are working in the exploration and production of oil and gas in the state, including Petrobras, Shell, ExxonMobil, Equinor, CNOOC, ONGC, QP, Repsol, Seacrest, PRio, BWEnergy, 3R, Imetame Energia, EnP, BGM, Vipetro, Ubuntu, Petrosinergy , Petromais e Karavan.<\/strong><\/p>\n

O productive chain<\/strong> in the state involves more than 520 companies<\/strong> highlighting 53 in supply and 426 in the supply chain<\/strong>, which are a reference in the Brazilian market. These companies employ <\/strong>more of 12 thousand people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Aware of these opportunities, state and municipal governments, entities and companies from Esp\u00edrito Santo have been working to publicize and make this development a reality in the state. Several events have been held. Investments to improve infrastructure are underway, highlighting the ports of VPorts (formerly Codesa), Imetame and Porto Central, in addition to improvements to the VLI railway system and the EF-118 project, which will connect Greater Vit\u00f3ria to the municipality of Anchieta.<\/p>\n

Dentro desse contexto, destaca-se a 11\u00aa ES OIL & GAS<\/strong>, which will be held between August 8th and 10th, 2023, at Pavilh\u00e3o de Carapina, Serra, ES, where new technologies and business opportunities in the sector will be presented.<\/p>\n
